Here's the final for my second assignment for Brandes' class. The theme was pet/man/machine. I chose to do a piece on mother nature and industrialization. She's the (wo)man, the buildings are the machine, and the itty bitty birds are the pets. I intended the piece to be a statement about the destruction of natural beauty so I guess its a little more serious/political than I usually do. Anyhow, ink was the mandatory media so that's why this is black and white too.
